Sweat Sessions is a premium group fitness studio offering a variety of freestyle fitness classes – from cardio focused classes such as Rebound, Sweat and Step and a variety of Hiit training, to strength training, Pilates, Yoga and everything in between. Sweat Sessions has something to move everybody and no two classes are the same.
The main goal behind Sweat Sessions was to create something unique and to focus on fun, fresh and effective group fitness classes in an environment where members can train and forget about outside stresses while they work up a sweat.
We want Sweat Sessions members to feel respected and safe while training with us. We want anyone who steps into our studio to feel confident and motivated to try his or her best.
